Supported Housing Officer

Salary: £31,800 per year

Are you motivated, understanding, open minded, looking to make a difference? This exciting role is to provide support, advice and guidance to a designated group of residents. You will work with these individuals to establish goals, seek creative ways to assist in their achievements.

The support should focus on developing independent living skills, promoting well-being, building confidence as well as encouraging engagement in the resident activity programme. This role is designed to support the emotional, mental and physical well-being of young people who have experienced homelessness.

The post holder will be required to work 37.5 hours per week, there maybe some requirement to work unsociable hours each week.
