About the role – Learning mentor

I am working with this secondary school based in Greenwich who are looking for a Learning mentor for an immediate start on a full-time basis. For this post, you must have experience working with children in a secondary school, as well as have previous experience dealing with challenging behaviour. You do not have to have experience as a Learning mentor; however, it is preferred as you will be providing in class support as well as mentoring on a 1:2:1 basis. The school have recently revised their approach to handling challenging behaviour, with the input from behaviour specialists. The school is looking for mentor that is flexible but also willing to give an input to how they could be better.
