Learning Mentor – About the role:

Qualiteach are looking for an enthusiastic Learning Mentor to work with pupils in Key Stage 2.
Your main responsibility will be focusing on the needs of pupils that have challenging behaviour and need extra support outside of the classroom.
Being an excellent role model and really engaging with the pupils is vital, experience working within a Primary School is not necessary but having a passion for educating and working with children is a requirement.
The ideal candidate will be able to build rapport with students and staff as well as being creative, fun whilst possessing good management skills.
