A Customer Service Advisor is required on the busy service desk of our dealership client.
> Monday to Friday
> Basic salary and good bonus
> Well established dealer with a great reputation
> OTE £22,000 to £25,000
Do you have the very best customer service skills? Have you mechanical knowledge or experience gained within motor retail? Do you want to join a successful, award winning local employer?
The successful Service Advisor will be able to demonstrate the very best attitude to customer service and strong communication skills. The ideal Service Advisor will possess experience of working within a service or workshop environment.
Service Advisors fulfill a vital role – providing around 10 customers per day with the very best experience. From initial booking through to handing the vehicle back following successful repair or efficient service the Service Advisor will help and guide the customer.
Our client is a regional dealer group with a great reputation earned from manufacturer, customers and employees. Located a little outside of Walsall this opportunity offers a competitive basic salary and earning potential to £30,000.
