An IT Service Delivery Manager with experience of delivering high availability IT Level Agreements for our public sector client based in West Bromwich.

* Post graduate diploma or equivalent experience or training
* Qualification in Information Technology, or Management knowledge or experience to master’s level equivalent. A qualification in ITIL Service Management (v3) to Intermediate or Expert level.
* Reporting to the Head of ICT Service Management, the ICT Service Delivery Manager is responsible for managing the delivery of all IT Services to agreed SLAs for their customer base, achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.
* The post holder will be required to engage with local customers on operational problems and incidents, bringing in required technical experts as necessary.
* The Service Delivery Manager will ensure that IT service delivery is consistent and of high quality, and in line with customer requirements and services
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an IT Service Management role Previous experience of working in an IT organisation working to ITIL Framework standards Demonstrable experience in a senior management role Experience of delivering high availability IT services against stringent Service Level Agreements.
* A track record of developing and delivering continuous improvement in service delivery, bettering outcomes in customer services

Please note that the successful candidate must either hold current DS (Disclosure Scotland) Clearance or be willing to undergo security vetting in order to obtain the level required.
