Salary: £26,000 per year
My client based just outside Basingstoke is currently looking for an experienced delivery driver/general farm worker.
Experience and ability to drive tractors is a must, the ideal candidate will be over 25 for insurance ease but not essential for the right person.
Winter is predominantly delivering horse feed locally with general farm and machinery maintenance in between.
Job will be varied, in the summer will be a few feed deliveries and mainly general farm work with plenty of opportunity for overtime, but will mean working at weekends. It is weather dependent and not every weekend, so not as bad as it sounds but have to understand when the sun shines and everyone goes to the beach farm workers will be working!
There will be a standard 38 hour week 7.15am – 4.30am (half hour breakfast break, hour lunch break)
The candidate must be fit and well presented/polite, you are the shop front with the customers when delivering the feed to their homes.
