Salary: £26,000 per year
Customer Services Co-ordinator
Hours: 9.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m.
24 hours per week – 3 full days / Preferably days worked: Thursday / Friday / Monday
Salary; £26,000; Per Annum; Pro-Rata.
Holidays: 20 days + Bank Holidays (28 days)
The role will encompass a variety of duties serving to develop and enhance the performance of the services offered through efficient Call and Query handling, Account requirements; Document processing and Booking Transport.
The main areas of initial involvement will include answering incoming calls and resolving the callers questions or queries, checking incoming sales orders for accuracy and completeness, co-ordinating and assessing customer returns where appropriate together with typical, everyday general clerical and administrative tasks. A wider breadth of responsibilities may be introduced upon the required level of competency being attained in the initial areas. Appropriate training and support will be given to cover all aspects of the job.
The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and the candidate will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by their changing role and / or the overall business objectives of the organisation.
Experience within a service focused office environment will undoubtedly be advantageous but the desire to succeed and willingness to adapt to changing circumstances is equally as important.
Candidates should be capable of demonstrating the following skills and attributes:
* Excellent telephone manner
* Excellent Administration skills
* A high standard of literacy and numeracy
* Accuracy and attention to detail
* PC literacy and proficiency with the use of MS Excel and Word; Sage ACT
* Competent and effective communication both internally and externally to the organisation with strong interpersonal abilities
* Participate as a Team player not solely as an individual
* Capable of organising and prioritising workloads to meet company deadlines
* Flexible approach to working and learning
* Reliable, dependable and conscientious
