Chef De Rang / Head Waiter

S&L Personnel are now looking for an experienced Chef de Rang / Head Waiter for our prestigious client in the hotel industry based in Kilworth.

The main responsibilities for this role will consist of:

To assist the supervisors and restaurant managers
Provide excellent customer service to all guests
Train Food and Beverage Assistants in line with SOP manuals
To be prompt, friendly and attentive in all areas of the restaurants
To run private functions as required and to assist in the running of weddings
To ensure all transactions are billed and all monies received
Clear verbal communication abilities are needed to interact with guests, management, chefs and waitpersons.

The Chef de Rang will be guaranteeing the highest level of guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be experienced and able to work under pressure & high standards. This exciting opportunity is perfect for a candidate who is passionate & looking for a permanent role in the hospitality industry.

The rate of pay is £26,000per year. Hours of work are 40 hours per year. Candidates must be flexible as the work can be evenings and weekends.
