Head Chef / Kitchen Manager

As the Head Chef you will have an eye for detail and the ability to lead a team during busy shifts. Lead from the front and be extremely hands on. The role will involve team training, managing brand standards and delivering exceptional food quality.

The Head Chef will be responsible for the training and development of their people, the quality of food and the financial performance of their kitchen.

In order to fulfil this role you must have:
• Head Chef level experience in a high volume, branded environment.
• A passion for delivering great food and the attention to detail that ensures every single guest leaves with a burning desire to return.
• The enthusiasm and charisma to lead and develop a team.
• Ability to ensure that all profit margins are maintained.
• Skills necessary to ensure that all health & hygiene regulations are met at all times
