HEAD CHEF – LONDON
SALARY – £42,000 – £48,000 + BONUS + BENEFITS
We have a fantastic role for the right talented Head Chef based in the Tower Bridge area…We are looking for a Head Chef that has a background or experience within Hotels, C&E or visitor attractions or tourist destinations.
If you have a chef background from the HM Forces, Army, Navy or Royal Airforce this role could be ideal for you!
As a Head Chef you will be working for the UK`s leading contract caterer who believes in making a difference! They are committed to best practice in all areas of corporate, social and environmental responsibility and take pride in investing in their people. We currently have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Head Chef to join our client`s team at one of their visitor`s attractions.
This role will be responsible for managing 3-day time restaurants and also the Conference and Banqueting for all the events!
Head Chef – London
As a Head Chef you will have experience working in a large team serving dishes to a consistently high standard in a busy environment. Duties and responsibilities will include:
– Passionate Head Chef who will support the management team on all aspects
– Will have a strong operational background with the ability and track record of leading and inspiring kitchen teams
– Must have an obsession with delivering great quality food to our customers…time and time again
– Managing the stock and GP
– Preparing dishes to a high standard and in a timely fashion
– Creating the rota and general admin duties
– Liaising with the FOH team
– Managing the team, including their training & development
– Recruitment – Induction – Training -Appraisals
– Ordering – Stock Controls – Stock-takes
– Maintain, review and install efficient working systems / procedures and keep departmental records “up to date”
