Are you a Process Improvement Manager from a Manufacturing or Industrial background looking to head up Process Improvement for a number of well established sites, with autonomy to make your own mark, responsibility in a high profile position and the chance to play an integral role in a global leading business?

You will be the go-to Manager, implementing change management, continuously improving efficiencies and overseeing multi-million pound budgets. Defining production strategies and assessing financial capabilities, you will play a key role in the on-going success and growth of this multi-million pound enterprise. There will be travel required to certain site locations.

The company are a specialist within Heavy & Industrial Engineering and are a market leader within Oil & Gas. Established for almost a century, they turn turnover Billions a year and pride themselves on providing the best service to their large and established client base.

This role would suit a Process Improvement Manager from a Manufacturing or Industrial background who wants to play an important role in driving a successful and profitable business even further forward.

THE ROLE:

• Increasing production in a cost effective manner
• Managing 9 sites throughout the UK
• Driving change management, increasing efficiencies, reducing waste, improving process
• 37.5 hour weeks

THE PERSON:

• Manufacturing or Industrial background
• Knowledge of change management and versed in managing people
• Managing budgets, P&L’s etc
