Finance Systems & Process Trainer

Salary: £26,000 per year

We’re currently working on behalf of a leading facilities management contractor who are seeking to appoint a Finance Systems and Process Trainer. The role will initially be on a 12 month fixed term contract basis but has a good chance of becoming permanent after that period.

Key Responsibilities

Finance Systems Trainer/Analyst Responsibilities
•Developing a suite of finance system e-learning and face to face courses for new and existing members of the business
•Engaging other finance systems owners to define or develop training requirements
•Developing a learning pathway for finance onboarding
•Building and delivering face to face training
•Building bespoke content for the business
•Developing key documentation and other training resources
•Delivering refresher training to users
•Maintaining Sharepoint/intranet site, training and policy documentation
•Creating Comms for training

Professional and personal competencies/qualifications

Essential Skills
•Experience of developing finance systems training courses
•Previous experience of training users on Microsoft Nav
•Strong stakeholder management skills and soft skills
•Adaptable to work in a constantly changing environment
•Detailed understanding of finance processes
•Excellent Communication skills, written and oral

Desirable Skills
•Experience with Articulate and LMS
•Experience of training in NAV BI
•Experience of training multiple finance systems
•Training Scheduling and Coordination
•Development of non/ERP training eg policies and procedures
•Documentation of business processes
•SharePoint/Intranet configuration experience
•Comms and Intranet Content Creation
