Factory Process Operative / Paint Sprayer

Our client, a well established company, is seeking a Factory Process Operative who is a mechanically minded individual and who can multi task.

Apart from screen printing and setting the presses, the role will also entail working within a small team on a fast paced production line. This is a manual position, standing for long periods of time. You will be mixing paints and inks to achieve colour matches for spraying. Other duties will include packing, lifting, machine operation and housekeeping as and when required.

This is a very hands on role and the working environment can be quite dirty.

A punctual, reliable conscientious individual is required, who is adaptable with a mature ‘will do’ attitude. Due to the running times of public transport; candidates with their own transport would be desirable.
Overtime is paid at time and a third.

This is a temporary position, leading to a permanent role for the successful candidate.
