Quantity Surveyor – New Build Housing

Salary: £48,000 – £54,000 per year

SetSquare have partnered with an award winning regional housing developer that has been in the industry for an exceptional amount of time. Our client is industry leading and known regionally for delivering high-quality, high spec houses, creating much needed vibrant communities for the East Midlands

As a business they are known as a professional house builder with a focus on quality, attention to detail and a first class after service due to this reputation, they are looking to add to their Commercial team needing a Quantity Surveyor to help fuel their continued growth.

As an Quantity Surveyor:

* You will have experience within the residential sector

* Chartership is beneficial but not essential

* IT Literate

* Knowledge of COINS would be advantageous

You will be looking after a number of new sites and your duties will consist of:

* Final accounts

* Sub-contractors tendering

* Sub -contractors payments

* Cost plans * Valuations

* Variations * Cost reporting

* General QS duties including, procurement, CVR’s, subcontract payment, valuations, variations, final account.

* Reporting to the commercial manager

This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor looking for a fresh challenge, in an environment where they can flourish whilst producing a product they can be proud to associate their name with.
