Salary: £49,014 – £57,917 per year
Our client is a London based University who are seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their busy estates and facilities management team.
Job Description: This is a well-structured, professional team which looks after a diverse campus of varying ages including grade listed Georgian and Victoria properties through to modern new builds.
Main Responsibilities
Provision of a customer focused Hard FM service
Responsibility for all operational staff including all M&E and Fabric services
Ensuring statutory compliance of all building services and management of health and safety
Delivering a value for money service
Leading their energy reduction
Managing a proactive external supply chain
Regular inspections to report defects and arrange rectifications
Drive the use of the departments CAFM system
The successful candidate will be proactive, be extremely customer focused and possess experience across a similar diverse portfolio. You will be technically qualified to HNC/HND level in a Building Services related discipline with a strong knowledge of current health and safety regulations. You will be a strong communicator with a proven background in the management of in-house and contracted teams.
