Salary: £26,000 per year
Our client is well established and respected in the textile sector supplying major retailers throughout the UK designing and importing goods from the Far East.
They also have a strong online business and this team needs a new member who is social media savvy and has strong Ecommerce administration experience.
You will have good experience of working with Ebay, Amazon platforms and other online retailers and have solid B2B ecommerce experience. You will love working with websites too.
And you must have strong Excel skills – able to use Basic Pivot Tables and VLookups.
Day to day your role will be over 5 areas:
Brand/Online Marketing:
Updating online range documents in Excel
Product uploads
Reviewing customer websites to ensure they meet brand guidelines
Follow up any none compliance with the correct internal team
Management of customer reviews on website
Follow up of negative customer reviews
Ensuring consistent brand messaging online
Competitor reviews
Working with E-Commerce Content Manager to ensure all photography is accurate for each product
Arranging images for online use – ordering, renaming, resizing
Inputting logos onto images where application
Reviewing and approving online videos
Price Lists and Brochures:
Seasonal brochure reviews
Monthly order forms and price lists
Market Research:
Assisting Marketing Manager with market research projects
Compiling information and images
Competitor activity monitoring
Social Media/Website:
Social Media research projects
Customer Mailing List:
Updates on new designs
Key Information mailers – ie Christmas order cut off dates
Best Seller Lists
You will be:
Self-motivated
Naturally organised
Creative with a high attention to detail
Task driven
Deadline aware
A really good communicator
And an interest in Interior Design will help too!
