Salary: £26,000 per year
Our client is seeking an Ecommerce Assistant to join their team on a part time basis. The position will potentially develop into a full time role however is initially part time working ideally, 3 full days (Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday), 9.00am – 5.00pm however for the right candidate, hours and days may be flexible.
The successful candidate will be responsible in delivering an amazing online experience for customers through the use of content, commerce and community. Working closely with the company photographer and Ecommerce Team you will ensure customers receive the best online shopping experience.
This is an entry level role therefore experience is negotiable however it is paramount that the candidate is switched on, with a fantastic eye for detail, ideally a regular online shopper and with excellent computer and communication skills.
Training will be provided however some form of work experience is essential and someone with a passion to work within fashion and ecommerce would be preferential. A candidate with the ability to edit and build web content in HTML, knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and an understanding of consumer behaviour and content consumption across digital platforms is desirable however is not essential.
Daily Duties:
* Ensure products are published on the website in a timely fashion
* Present products with 100% accuracy
* Ensure excellent photography and compelling content to help drive sales
This is an office based position in Basildon however the role will involve regular visits to the London office at St Katharine Docks.
Salary per year is initially pro rata of £26,000and based on the above hours will equate to £11,999.
