The Company:
Our client is start up Online Fashion retailer – Will be setting up European Operation HQ near Luton – Hertfordshire

Main duties:
To set up, run and develop Operations from scratch along side the CEO
The objective of the role is to increase sales significantly through digital channels.
You will develop the digital communications plan to attract new customers to the business as well leading the international ecommerce strategy to and drive the growth and expansion of the business online

The Role:
– Source / Set up an European Operations
– Develop eCommerce and Multi-Channel presence in Europe
– Implement a Sales & Marketing online Strategy
– Manage the Website / Supply Chain
– Guarantee and develop company/product exposure in Europe
– Liaise & work hand in hand with the French Management
– Recruit and manage a small Administrative / Account Management team
– Develop Business in Europe towards achieving set goals
– Manage & launch strategies across different territories in Europe
– Strong product knowledge of the services provided
– Report to CEO on a weekly basis
– Travel / liaise with Clients and prospects upon request (UK/ Europe)

The Candidate:
– Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
– Additional European languages and Mandarin would be strong advantage
– Education: Business / Computer Science Studies
– Strong B2C online retail experience
– Broad digital marketing experience across all channels – PPC, SEO, email, mobile, affiliates, partnerships, etc
– Experience dealing with C – level decision makers
– Excellent presentation skills – Autonomous and organized
– Entrepreneurial – Ability to lead Business & Team
– Proven ability to work under pressure and prioritize
– Previous Management experience is essential
– Driven / Eager to succeed / Numerate
– Happy to travel when required for business

Salary:
£54,000 – £66,000 pa + Bonus
