Commercial Administrator – Imperial Wharf, London SW6. Salary £27,600 – £39,600. This is a full time position Monday – Friday.
A main contractor with a large presence in new build residential and mixed-use developments across London with major projects worth 100million and above are looking to recruit a permanent Commercial Administrator to be based onsite in Imperial Wharf, London SW6
Commercial Administrator Job Description
Responsible for providing administration support to the commercial teams regarding ATCD (approved trade contractor database).
Checking Database template from Surveyors for new contractors to ensure all relevant information has been provided.
Liaise with CDT (Contractor Database Team) to add new contractors on to the database.
Issue PQQ pack including call-off contracts to new contractors.
Check and process completed PQQ back from contractor to ensure they have provided all the relevant information.
Check that call-off contracts have been executed correctly by the contractor.
Liaise with new contractors through out the approval process to guide them and achieve prompt approval.
Liaise with CDT and contractors through contractor’s approval process for any insurances or application for inclusion issues.
Liaise with CPS (H&S) and contractors through contractor’s approval process for any extra information required for H&S approval.
Maintain, monitor & advise of contractors’ competencies likely to expire during works on site or likely to the business.
Issue PQQ to overseas contractors when required.
Liaise with CPS (H&S) and overseas contractors for any extra information required.
Liaise with Marsh (insurance) and overseas contractors if there is any issues.
Maintain ATCD tracker and sharefile up-to-date.
Ensure new surveyors have access to Top service and the sharefile.
Email surveyors a monthly reporting all new approved contractors and approved contractors’ re-audits
