Commercial Insurance Executive

Salary: £38,400 – £49,200 per year

My client is looking for a customer focused professional and ambitious individual to join their Commercial Lines Team.

My client is a well-established Independent Insurance Broker with over 30 years’ experience and an enviable reputation who offer all aspects of Commercial Insurance including niche, bespoke and multi-million turnover business’s cover, whilst also having a specialism in High Net Worth & Prestige Car markets.

The successful candidate will be able to: –

• Demonstrate strong communication skills
• Provide and understand customers’ needs and make valid recommendations to all clients
• Show the ambition to develop their own knowledge and the needs of the business
• Adhere to correct processes and compliance standards

About you: –

• This role would suit an Experienced Account or Development Executive, or someone with excellent commercial insurance experience, who can demonstrate they have the required sales and service skills to step into this type of role
• CII qualified essential/ Diploma would be advantageous
• Have a natural ability to build rappor
• Self-Motivated 
• Organised Individual
• Determination to work hard and learn new things
• Satisfy financial background checks
