Salary: £26,000 – £36,000 per year
Indie Apparel offers the largest range of retro, mod and vintage inspired fashion in the UK through their web based retail channels, Atom Retro and Madcap England. We are currently looking to recruit an SEO Specialist with Digital Marketing experience to join our Scarborough based team.
The role would involve working with our existing marketing and development team to achieve a synchronised marketing solution via various media channels, managing digital marketing campaigns and developing strategies to drive online traffic to the company websites.
This role would be located at our Scarborough offices, situated on the outskirts of Scarborough, close to the A64, Seamer train station and public transport, with free parking. The role is full time, hours would be between 9.00am and 5.00pm and Monday – Friday.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
● To analyse and utilise a range of techniques to increase traffic to the company website(s) including, but not limited to paid search, SEO, blogger outreach and PPC.
● To devise and implement strategies to nurture customer retention and customer experience.
● To ensure harmonised and homogenous content creation and SEO function that incorporates both onsite and offsite marketing goals.
● To create content and employ SEO techniques and email marketing in order to boost and develop brand awareness.
● To provide accurate reports and analysis demonstrating effective return on investment (ROI).
REQUIRED SKILLS:
● Previous experience working with PPC and paid search (Google Accreditation preferred).
● Excellent knowledge of onsite and offsite SEO techniques, including keyword analysis and web stats reporting.
● The ability to work as part of a team to devise strategies and marketing roadmaps to achieve collective goals.
● Excellent networking skills to develop blogger outreach campaigns and other marketing campaigns.
● A good understanding of development in SEO techniques, knowledge of existing and emerging platforms and keeping up to date with digital trends.

● Able to prioritise and work across multiple projects.
● Ability to work with others as part of a team and also to self manage projects.
● An interest in digital trends, social media and websites.
