SEO Executive / SEO Specialist – Digital Marketing Agency

My client is a full service digital agency offering a range of services including SEM/SEO, social media, display and affiliate marketing, and data intelligence for an impressive list of well known UK and global brands.

I am looking for a candidate with a keen interest in and a solid all round understanding of search engine optimisation to join my clients dynamic team of digital marketing professionals. You will be responsible for the development and application of search engine optimisation strategies on several large and small scale SEO projects, working for a variety of interesting clients.

Skills:
– You will be an enthusiastic, confident and ambitious person with an in depth understanding of the search engine optimisation process and current search engine marketing trends;
– You will be knowledgeable of both on-site and off-site SEO techniques, with a solid understanding of SEO best practice, primarily Google, but also awareness of other search engines such as Bing
– You will have a good understanding of Google Analytics and be able to extract data accurately with a view to creating custom reports and dashboards for clients

Experience:
– Have proven commercial hands-on experience of running successful SEO campaigns and be able to demonstrate evidence of successful campaigns where high rankings have been achieved as a result of your work;
– Proven experience in the delivery of large and small scale SEO projects working for a variety of clients;
– You will actively use a variety of SEO tools and blogs and demonstrate a passion for staying ahead of the SEO curve;
– You should be able to demonstrate your technical SEO knowledge and how this has brought success in the campaigns you have managed;
– You will be a confident and experienced communicator and be able to deal with clients at all levels;
– Presentation skills and experience would be desirable;
– Experience in other online marketing techniques;
– Background in website development (HTML, CSS, Javascript etc) or online advertising
– Have permission to work in the UK (please note that we do not accept applications from candidates who do not have the correct permissions/visa to work in the UK);
– Either have your own transport or the ability to travel independently to the office;
– Be willing to travel to industry/client events.
