Mechanical Contracts Manager / Project Manager

Salary: £45,600 – £50,400 per year

Revolution Resourcing is searching for a Mechanical Contracts Manager/Project Manager in Nottingham

Due to continued growth, our client is looking to recruit a Mechanical Contracts Manager/Project manager based out of their Nottingham office to assist with a very busy commercial (80%) / residential (20%) order book.

You will be responsible for managing multiple projects from boiler swaps to large commercial installations.

Applicants must be able to oversee projects, liaise with the direct workforce and subcontractors whilst maintaining weekly visits to current and prospective clients. You will also need to hold regular meetings with end clients to ensure works are progressing and schedules are being met.
