Salary: £60,000 – £72,000 per year
Are you a Project / Contracts Manager looking for an exciting opportunity?
My client is looking for a Project / Contracts Manager for projects based in-between the A34 / M3/4 corridor. Projects are varied as my client deals with a mix of General Contracting from Commercial & Industrial / Educational / Residential / Social Housing / Retail / Healthcare & Hotel & Leisure within the New Build / Refurbishment / Fit-Out / Alteration and Design & Build sector. Projects values vary but are up-to £60,000 – £72,000M. This is a long term permanent role for someone with a suitable background as detailed above. Opportunity to earn a basic salary of £60,000 – £72,000 depending on experience + an excellent package.
Project / Contracts Manager Duties:
Responsible for the successful delivery of the project on site and any multiple projects
Responsible to lead, manage and get the best out of your on-site staff
Responsible for site Health, Safety and Welfare
Manage project from start to finish within the agreed specification, on time and to budget
Negotiate with sub-contractors
Maintain and develop existing and new customer relationships through planned individual account support, and liaison with internal staff
Project / Contracts Manager Requirements:
Experience working on Commercial & Industrial / Educational / Residential / Social Housing / Retail / Healthcare or Hotel & Leisure projects within the New Build / Refurbishment / Fit-Out / Alteration or Design & Build sector
The successful candidate needs to be enthusiastic and driven to succeed
Comfortable working with other people, at all levels. Excellent communication skills
Team player, capable of working on their own initiative
Must be commercially and contractually aware
Project / Contracts Manager Package:
Basic salary of £60,000 – £72,000(depending on experience)
