Residential Care Home for the Elderly
We are seeking a highly motivated caring individual to join our team at one of the leading care homes in Cornwall.
Suitable candidates will have several years of experience in a managerial/supervisory role and / or have been a registered manager.
Ideally you will have:
NVQ3 qualification or above with experience of working with elderly care within a care home setting.
Excellent clinical skills and supervisory experience.
Ability to lead and motivate other staff members.
Excellent communication, marketing and business skills.
A clear and thorough knowledge of the CQC standards.
A clean DBS and two professional references are essential.
