ContactCORP is proudly representing the prestigious brand Sytner Mercedes Benz.
Sytner Mercedes Benz is currently recruiting for full and part time Switchboard Operators to work from home.
The role is working remotely with view to attend the sites main office in Swindon for training.
Main Duties
* Answers calls within agreed number of rings, transfers calls within the appropriate service level timescales
* Technological change is on-going within the Group so it’s expected that the job holder will participate in the familiarisation and training exercises necessary to enable the job to continue to function effectively.
* Job role will be home based after initial training at the Swindon site.
* Home broadband will be required.
The ideal candidate would be able to build an instant rapport with the customers and to ensure that the customers needs are met in every call.
These positions are temp to perm and are fully flexible for the right person.
Salary is £26,000 per year with an uncapped commission structure.
