The Company
Our client is a dynamic European and International company. Our client is currently seeking a French/Italian/Spanish Customer Service Administrator to work in their international customer service team.

Main duties
To respond proactively to customer requirements.

The Role
– To receive customer orders via telephone, email or fax.
– To assist other departments if required.
– To develop and maintain relationships with key customers
– To ensure customers receive high standard of service.
– To promote the company at events abroad.

The Candidate
– Fluent in English (Written & spoken)
– Fluent in French and/or Spanish and/or Italian (Written & spoken)
– Previous Customer Service experience ideal
– Excellent communication skills / confident telephone manners.
– Computer literate (excel / outlook…)

The Salary:
£17K – £20K + Bonus + Benefits (Pension & Health scheme)
