Customer Service Advisor – Part Time

My client based in central Birkenhead is looking to recruit inbound Customer Service Advisors to join their expanding team.

The role involves dealing with inbound calls (no sales or cold calling!) from customers with a wide range of enquiries and complaints.

The position is contact centre based and is offered on an initial ongoing temporary contract. The role is Salary: £26,000per year – £7.20 depending on age.

The client is very flexible on the time and days of shifts they can offer to suit your commitments.

The currently operate between Monday – Sunday 8.00am – 10.00pm.

The main duties of a Customer Service Advisor are;

* Dealing with inbound calls dealing with a variety of customer service related enquiries
* Complaint handling and fielding calls to Escalated Advisor Teams or Team Leader when required
* Capturing information onto the in house system and data input
* Query handling in response to customer requests with the support of clear information and providing professional customer service
* Undertaking the duties of this role in accordance with the regulatory and scheme guidelines

* Have experience within a customer service capacity – call centre, retail, hospitality and sales backgrounds will all be considered
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Professional attitude and telephone manner
* Have basic IT skills
