Marketing Account Manager / Designer

Salary: £26,400 per year

We are looking for a Marketing Account Manager / Designer to manage, develop and grow our design agency specialising in the luxury property and real estate market.

As the Account Manager / Designer you will be responsible for the day to day running and management of our design and marketing accounts, as well as developing our company marketing strategy and sales to bring in new business.

Our Account Manager / Designer will work with our in-house team of graphic designers and website developers to help their clients to create and deliver exciting marketing campaigns and luxury brand designs. This role will be great for a creatively minded individual that wants to be involved with the full design process of rebranding luxury clients as well as marketing their businesses.

Your role will include:

* Define and execute marketing strategies and organisational coordination to grow the company

* Implement sales strategies to win business and new clients

* Design initial branding concepts and create design specifications

* Manage client projects, feeding back design and marketing strategies

* Research and feedback on social media trends, best practice & what key competitors are doing

* Implement business development strategies and build relationships with partners and new clients

* Be the main point of contact for client accounts providing great customer service

* Managing PPC campaigns, paid Social Ads and design process

* Coordinating with designers and content creators to create campaigns and implement strategies

* Designing and posting social media graphics

* Manage the full sales lifecycle and account for large clients

* Managing company social media accounts, newsletters and updates to the website

The ideal candidate will be experienced using Adobe programs, Canva and web design software.

Requirements:

* Must have 2+ years marketing solutions and sales experience

* Must have multiplatform media sales experience

* Be able to work to a brief and to tight deadlines with using initiative and creativity

* Website design – experience with Squarespace, Wix and WordPress beneficial

Salary: starting from £26,400 PLUS uncapped commission
