Service Delivery Coordinator

This company is a subsidiary of Anglian Water Group with Headquarters in Bedford and Waste Treatment Plants throughout the Anglian Region. The expanding Tankering Services Department is a successful department within
the company and currently has a full-time vacancy for a Service Delivery Co-ordinator.
This role will include; working closely with internal and external customers to identify requirements and deliver services within tight deadlines. Arranging suitable sub-contractors and closely monitoring performance, providing feedback in a timely manner. Updating databases, spread sheets and various computing systems.
The successful candidate will need to have extensive experience of working within the service industry, being able to demonstrate excellent communication skills (particularly telephony), be well organised having the ability to prioritise when under pressure and have proven computer skills.
They should have a proactive nature being able to work unsupervised with a willingness to learn.
Education
Minimum qualifications; 5 GCSE’s or equivalent – grades A-C (to include; Maths, English and one Science)
Ideally educated to degree level, with knowledge of legislation related to waste management is preferable and/or experience within the waste water industry.
