Customer Service Advisor

We are recruiting 25 customer service advisors / contact centre advisors for our client who is a major customer service provider in Newcastle. Our client is an outsourcing company who carry out customer service on behalf of other organisations.

This is a purely inbound role with no sales and is all about providing an excellent service to the customers. We are looking for people with good communication skills and some customer service experience.

This is an on-going temporary role, working 35 – 40 hours a week. Comprehensive 4 weeks training is provided. You will need flexibility to work shifts on a 24/7 basis.

Pay
•£6.20 for training (weeks)
•£200 bonus paid after completion of training
•£7.50 – for normal working hours
•£9.50 – for any hours after 11pm and for all hours on Sunday
