Multi-Skilled Regional (Trades) Maintenance Technicians

Working as part of a national network of roving Maintenance Technicians for one of the UKs favourite supermarket chains with stores in most cities and towns. You’ll have your own “Patch” and will be the face of an excellent, friendly Facilities Management business, carrying out general maintenance and preventative maintenance to high standards.

We are currently hiring a Multi-Skilled trades-person (technician) a full time flexible basis. Work is carried out in all areas of the UK but will be based 90% in your local region.

Company van, tools and uniform will be provided.

Skills Required:

– Painting, Basic plumbing, Tiling, Light carpentry – Kitchen fits, stud work, skirts, doors etc.
– Experience of working in a customer focused environment within agreed performance targets.
– Ability to correctly complete the relevant certifications, reports or other documentation.
– Proven ability to work methodically, follow agreed procedures and accurately record data and information.
– Ability to accurately interpret technical data & drawings and instructions.
– Ability to operate safely having taken into account any environmental circumstances and possible risks including working at height(s).
– Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate organisational and time management skills.
– Ability to make decisions and solve problems seeking any advice required.
– Full and Clean UK driving licence.

Essential:

– Experience
