Multi Skilled Trades Person – Carpenter / Painter

Multi skilled Trades Person / Carpenter is required to work on domestic (social housing) properties to a high quality standard. This will include carpentry, painting and decorating, repair and maintenance works and other multi-trade maintenance duties including painting and decorating.

Required:

Candidates must have City and Guilds qualifications or equivalent.

Domestic / social housing carpentry experience is essential.

Painting and Decorating

Must have a full driving licence is required.

Ideally previous significant experience is required in the following areas:

Plastering / Patch Plastering.

Tiling.

Some Plumbing (an advantage).

General trades maintenance.

A fully expensed company vehicle is provided but candidates will be required to have use of there own tools.

Temporary ongoing position

Hours: Min. of 40 Hours per week, Monday – Friday Between 8am-5pm

Rate: £16.5 per hour on a CIS basis

Duration: Temporary (Possible Temp to Perm)

Location: Covering the Colchester, Tendering, Ipswich Sudbury and surrounding areas.
