Amazing Opportunity – General Manager (FM) – Leading Managing Agent – £78,000 + Exceptional Package – Brand New High End Development – London

An amazing opportunity has arisen to join one of the UK’s most renowned Managing Agent’s to work on a brand new development in Central London. They are currently looking to hire an experienced General Manager of FM to join their award winning team, working on one of their most prestigious Trophy Estates in London.

The site is a brand new high end development consisting of around 400,000 square feet of corporate commercial office space and around 10,000 square feet of retail. Due to the nature of the site a history of working within a mixed portfolio of commercial and retail will be beneficial but not a necessity.

The role will entail managing the delivery of FM across the prestigious site, initially through in house staff, suppliers and consultants and will involve the management of both hard and soft services on site inclusive of security, catering and M&E maintenance as well as managing an annual service charge budget of around £5 million.

Key responsibilities:

Annual service charge budget – preparing, monitoring and reconciling for up to £5million
Leading a team of Facilities Manager’s/ Estate Manager’s
Provide best in class customer service
Daily client and tenant liaison
Overseeing fit out/ refurbishment works whilst ensuring tenants are minimally affected
Monitoring works by service providers – hard and soft services
Reports on supplier services performance against agreed SLA’s
Work effectively to with external consultants to deliver agreed outcomes
Prepare management reports for on site staff
Attend and chair meetings with clients and tenants
Undertake regular building inspections
Audits and inspections of supplier deliveryQualifications:

Member or Associate of IOSH
