Commercial Insurance Team Leader

Our client a fantastic Insurance Broker based in Norwich are currently seeking a Team Leader to manage a team of Commercial Account Handlers.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong Commercial Handler to take the next step in their career path.

As a Commercial Insurance Team Manager your key responsibilities will be to motivate and develop a team of Commercial Account Handlers, manage and oversee workflow of the team, the day-today servicing requirements of a portfolio of Commercial Clients, including market broking and cover placement.

You will work closely with the Account Executives to manage client accounts including provision of approved renewal documentation, liaise with insurers regarding cover and rating issues and provide an accurate process throughout.

All applicants must be able to demonstrate previous experience as a Commercial Account Handler and have proven experience as a Team Manager. You will demonstrate good commercial awareness and will be someone who operates well within a team environment.
