Operations & Business Development Manager-Security

An Operations & Business Development manager is required to work for a Security company based in Gateshead.

Duties

* Manage existing and new clients and / or contracts
* Arrange meetings with new or current customers with a view to selling Security services including manned guarding. Temporary and permanent CCTV Security solutions
* Design and project manage all aspects of a new CCTV system
* Ensure that all sites have 100% coverage as required by client by reviewing footage in the alarm receiving centre on a weekly/daily business
* Review all operational systems on a monthly, weekly or daily basis
* Issue daily reports advising on any activation that may have taken place during the previous 24 hours.
* Pro actively identify and develop business opportunities
* Develop key business relationships with influential business contacts
* Research and analyse marketplace information and trends
* Financially aware of budgets including costings and agreeing annual price increases with clients, which will ensure staff receive financial rewards for their performance during previous year.
* Ensure that the operation is fully manned and all sites have up to date paperwork including risk assessments.
* Monthly visits to customers to ensure full security guarding service is being received
* Prepare and complete audits and accreditations for future visits and audits by SIA, ISO, SSAIB.

You must have a full driving license as you will be required to visit other sites as and when required.

Also an up to date SIA licence is preferred and the ability to bring contacts and experience with you.
