Account Consultant-Non Sales!

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our busy & dynamic Corporate team as an Account Consultant, working from our Peterlee sight with one of our largest clients!

Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Management
Developing, building and maintaining relations with key contacts within the account. Maximise onsite presence.
Reporting, analysing & collating in depth MI and figures
Adhere to agreed SLAs
Attending weekly conference calls as requested
Involvement in planning meetings focus on partnership and offering the client good advice

Customer Service
To telephone and meet with clients to actively promote the use of Interaction staff and to minimise maverick spend on the account
To obtain detailed job descriptions and booking details to have a thorough understanding of not merely the functions but he personality sought
To follow through the process of filling the temporary booking/permanent vacancy together with all appropriate follow up and administration
Face to face check ins and client service reviews
To deal with any situations which may arise where a client or candidate does not receive a standard of service which meets the vision and values of the company

Operations
To attract an ongoing flow of candidates via advertising in local press, internet and other sources
To supplement candidate flow through recommendations from existing candidates
To pass any sales leads to branch were relevant
To interview thoroughly all candidates deemed suitable, using the appropriate documentation
To test candidates relevant skills
To ensure 100% compliance on all candidates registered
To accurately match the candidates skills and personality to vacancies or bookings
Market analysis showing other recruitment taking place locally
Compile and send MI to the business detailing advertising, attraction methods, success rate, attrition, interview updates, vetting and referencing updates
At request to attend planning meetings

Package

Role starting at £18,000 with a strong bonus scheme. Monday to Friday 8.30am – 6pm core hours.
