Salary: £30,000 – £32,400 per year
Enable Futures are operating as an employment business on behalf of its client and recruiting for a Customer Accounts Coordinator to join a global FMCG organisation! With the Head Office based in Cheddar, Somerset.
The working hours are flexible to suit you 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday-Friday. The annual salary is £30,000 – £32,400PA.
You will primarily be responsible for identifying and executing efficiency improvements in the various ordering, reporting and presenting systems, along with the compiling, analysing and circulation of weekly company performance data and presentations. The role also involves working closely with the Customer Services Manager and will have an agreed set of individual KPIs to deliver which are predominantly based on the implementation and improving of Company practises and information systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- The generation of sales, conformance and K.P.I. reports and observations for use by the Business Development Director, Account Managers and Financial Director.
- Engage and build relationships with Customers and Suppliers to ensure optimum integration of ordering and information systems.
- Working closely with the Customer Services Manager to identify process and system improvements.
- Working with the Account Managers to identify, generate and supply weekly customer performance data and reports.
- To support the ongoing introduction and developing of a new ordering and invoicing system.
- Planning and constructing of internal and external presentations for both current and potential customers.
- Attend weekly meetings with the team.
- Provide support to the Customer Services Team as and when required.
Experience, attributes & skills sought:
- Employment history of frontline customer interaction.
- Demonstrate previous experience of database handling and record keeping.
- Report generation and presentation experience.
- Adaptable, conscientious and self-motivated.
- Willing to learn through personal development.
- Strong project management and reporting skills.
- Strong prioritisation skills.
- Confident and resilient ways of working.
- Able to objectively identify best working practices.
- A willingness to approach challenges from all angles.
- Strong communication and negotiating skills.
- Excellent understanding of all Microsoft programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
