Recruitment Coordinator / Accounts Manager – Havant

£26,000 – £28,800 per year DOE

What we are looking for…

This position would suit someone who is keen to learn about the recruitment industry and we will support the training and development to get where you want to be or it would suit someone who has previously been a consultant and looking to steer away from sales. This role will involve supporting a senior member of staff with their busy desk, ensuring that there is a consistent flow of excellent candidates being resourced, telephone screened and registered that can be represented and put forward for your line managers vacancies. Elements of this role will include account management, client liaison and admin support.

What experience is required…

If you have been a Recruitment Consultant and looking to step away from the sales aspect of the role then please do contact us. We are also interested in hearing from candidates with an internal recruitment background with a key focus on coordination or experience of working within a fast paced sales office. What is important is that you are able to demonstrate experience of working under pressure, to tight deadlines and also beneficial if you have payroll experience. You also must have a good level of intelligence, be a positive and fun character with a professional and ‘can do’ attitude.

Smart personal presentation is essential, as is infectious enthusiasm and positivity.
