Software Test Analyst (Financial Services / Investment Banking)

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Test Analyst with financial/banking experience to join this well-established and hugely successful financial software house. Must have Black Box and White Box Testing and automated test tools experience.

The Candidate:

Essential:

It is essential that you have a minimum of 3 years test analyst experience and have tested within the banking/finance industry (preferably investment banking – Equities, Derivatives, Fixed income trades).

• Solid understanding of testing methodologies and testing techniques.
• Experience in black & white-box testing techniques
• Working knowledge with automated testing tools
• Ability to communicate in a clear, concise and unambiguous manner
• Good understanding of defect tracking process
• Ability to work in a team environment and attention to detail
• Must have good interpersonal, problem-solving, scheduling and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn and understand new concepts quickly
• Proven experience in the IT industry
Desirable
• Working knowledge of automated test tools
• Previous experience working with Performance test tools
• Testing certification such as ISTQB
