Salary: £48,000 – £72,000 per year

Our Client has over 30 years of experience as a market leader in their industry.
This role of National Account Administrator will be focussed on one account, which is the number one homewares retailer within the UK.
As we are experiencing substantial growth this role requires a forward-thinking, dynamic, polished professional who can grow with the role and business.
Key aspects of the National Account Administrator role include:
* Supporting the National Account team in all areas of the business including attending various meetings, minute taking, proofreading and editing documents
* Ensuring meeting actions are completed to deadlines and projects remain on task
* Dealing with customer calls, enquiries, and email correspondence
* Collating and analysing reports
* Developing presentations for meetings with the national account team or other departments
* Administrative support including organising and maintaining diaries/appointments managing and updating virtual and physical filing systems and other administrative duties as required
* Cross-departmental coordination- liaising with merchandising, buying, marketing, technical etc
* Responsible for keeping various departments up to date with all meetings, events, and deadlines
* Managing product samples and showroom housekeeping
* Ad hoc problem solving

* First-class organisational and administrative skills are essential
* IT proficiency (Microsoft package- essential. System experience, such as Navision- highly desirable)
* Personable- able to communicate eloquently and succinctly cross-departmentally and at all levels

Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 9am to 5pm / 37.5 hours per week
