A leading engineering company is recruiting for an Assistant Storesperson to supply support to their Operations Department, to work from their Burton-on-Trent office. Working a 42.5 hour week and attracting a Salary: £26,000per year, you will be responsible for the inspection and maintenance of a variety of tools and lifting equipment.

Job Description
The Assistant Storesperson will be responsible for the following:
-Inspection of a variety of tools and lifting equipment
-Completing Inspection Reports and relevant paperwork
-PAT testing electrical equipment up to 110V
-Basic repairs to tools e.g. replacing motors/replacing wheels on skates
The majority of the work will be conducted at the Burton on Trent site however will involve occasional travel to conduct inspections at sites across the midlands.
The Person
The successful candidate will ideally:
-Have experience in PAT testing
-Have experience in inspecting lifting equipment/tools and basic repairs
-Will come from a similar technical background
