Role: Assistant Store Manager
Salary: £26,000 – £26,400per year

Looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking, assistant manager who has a passion for giving excellent customer service, the role will be working with one of the country’s well established but growing retailers that has more than 300 stores across the UK, and are continuing their phenomenal growth by expanding over the next few years.

The role:
Reporting to the Store Manager we are looking for a customer focused individual to take accountability on delivering challenging performance and stock loss targets for a market leading lifestyle brand with a typical annual turnover of around £26,000 – £26,400 m.

The person:
Flexible and adaptable in your approach to work, you will be tenacious, hardworking and reliable.
In addition to this you will be a confident communicator with excellent organisational and problem solving skills with a real ‘can do’ attitude, experience of working in a high volume, fast paced retail business would be advantageous although not essential.

To excel, you’ll need to share these qualities and be happy to work hard as part of a team that’s constantly on the move and deliver an excellent experience at ever customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

– Training/ development of employees
– Manage the store KPI’s, sales & productivity targets
– Stock ordering, control & rotation

– Presentation & maintenance of store
– Delivery of fantastic customer service
