PPI Case Handler job in Leeds Salary: £26,000per year, it is a 12 month contract working Monday-Friday 5pm-10pm Your New Company

My client is a leading financial organisation based in Leeds. Due to growth in the business, they are looking for dynamic individuals to join their fast-paced team in Leeds for the PPI Case Handler job

Your New Role

This job involves dealing with claims as a result of PPI mis-selling, taking into account any risks of the Bank’s reputation and ensure these are handled in accordance with the Financial Services Authority timescales

In your new role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service on behalf of the bank, using your initiative in developing resolutions to complaints and providing high quality responses to customers.

You will be based in the office processing the claims, using evidence gathered to decide whether the claims will be upheld and forming a response to the customers via letter

What you’ll need to succeed

To be successful, you must have one of more of the following:
– financial services experience
– complaint handling experience
– customer service experience
– recent 2:2 degree
– positive, motivated and dedicated attitude
– good computer and letter writing skills
