Credit Insurance Account Handler

A new opportunity for a credit insurance specialist to join an expanding Insurance Group based in Kent.

Due to expansion my Client requires an experienced credit insurance account handler to join their existing team.

You will provide a comprehensive policy management and high quality service to excising clients, to include:-

Consultation on Credit Insurance, Claims, probable losses, Credit Limits and Policy issues.

Assessing, adjusting and submitting claims to Credit Insurers –including the negotiation to settlement.

Meeting with Clients and Insurers to discuss claims toachieve satisfactory settlement.

Assistance with the preparation and presentation of Client renewals.

To be considered for the role you will need a good level of knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (2010) applications.

A minimum 4 years Credit insurance knowledge with working experience in the Credit Insurance market.

Experience in using Acturis preferred but not essential.
