Mechanical Project Engineer

Salary: £33.6 – £39.6 per hour

Parkinson Gray Associates have been engaged to assist our Client with their recruitment of a Mechanical Project Manager.

Our Client is a large national building services contractor working on a wide range of projects up and down the Country. Ranging in project value from around £1 to 4 million, they have an enviable order book for next year.

As Mechanical Project Manager you will be engaged in the core elements of project management:- 1) profit and loss responsibility for project delivery, 2) being the “face” of the Company for their Clients, and 3) having the technical skills to realise the design on site for your Clients. You will be involved with your project portfolio from inception to completion, likely managing two of three projects at any one time. Office-based but with frequent site visits, you will be integral to the growth of the business.

We are looking for a seasoned building services (HVAC- Mechanical) professional for this role who can demonstrate a wealth of successful project delivery to date. Likely you will have gained your experience within either a large tier one building services contractor or a large independent within the region. You may have risen to Project Manager from the tools or have come into project management from a higher education route. Whatever path you have taken in your career you will be well placed to make an immediate impact within the business.
