Salary: £84,000 – £102,000 per year

Aylin White have been retained by a specialist Mechanical & Electrical Building Services Engineering Practice to help them find a Lead /Associate Mechanical Engineer who will play a critical part in the companies next chapter of growth and success.

This engineering consultancy are a well established small-medium size practice that really pack a punch when it comes to their reputation in the market. Their continuous successful and industry standard setting, data centre projects have been recognised across the EMA region and have enabled them to build strong relationships with some of the biggest tech names.

With offices in 5 different countries and growing teams across all regions this is an exciting time to be taking on a key position as an Associate Mechanical Engineer, where you will be supporting the senior leadership team to positively drive quality, efficiency, people development & training, in an already overachieving engineering consultancy.

As an experienced Principal / Associate Mechanical Engineer who has lead projects from cradle to grave you will be leading a team of ambitious and award-winning engineers who will support you to deliver high profile projects with the latest advancements in Mechanical and Electrical services.

The role is a diverse with plenty of different areas for you to focus your building services and mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge, from end-to-end project delivery, client development, commercial involvement, work winning, team management, training, overseas projects.

This practice operates predominantly across the data centre sector but also have excellent reputation within the commercial, high rise residential, retail and high end residential markets, and you will find the diversity of the projects both challenging and fulfilling.
