I am looking for an experienced Senior Care Assistant to work at a fabulous care home in Husbands Bosworth. The home provides exceptional care and support to older people and those with dementia.

In this role you will:

* Manage shifts and lead a team of care staff

* Create clear and effective lines of communication and working relationships

* Attend and contribute to meetings / handovers to maintain communication between all levels of staff

* Ensure all staff instil a culture of putting service users’ needs first and providing excellent care

For his post you must be able to demonstrate:

* Experience of working in a similar role, including managing and leading staff

* Confidence in administering medication

* An awareness of the principles of Person Centred Care Planning

* The ability to work every other weekend

* The ability to work shifts
