One of the country’s leading life insurance providers is currently looking to expand their Inbound call centre team and add an experienced and passionate Customer Service Advisor. This is a great customer service opportunity for candidates seeking a varied position within a stable company.

Based in Stockport it is commutable from Manchester City Centre, Cheadle, Marple, Handforth, High Lane, Compstall, Reddish, Hyde and Northenden.

Duties will include:
Communicating with customers – INBOUND
Build client database using warm leads
Building rapport with customers and external organisations
Finding resolutions to queries quickly and effectively
Following company’s transaction deadlines
Work under time pressures and ensure deadlines are met
Helping and supporting other members of the team
Other general office duties

Shift Rotation Basis Between Monday – Sat (Sundays Off) 8:30 to 8:00.

Ideally you will currently be working as a Customer Service Officer, Contact Centre Operative, Call Centre Advisor, Tele Sales Agent, PPI Advisor, Inbound Call centre Advisor or an Outbound Call Centre Advisor.

In return for your hard work and commitment, we are offering a generous salary of between £26,000 (+ Bonus) dependent on experience.
