Salary: £26,400 – £36,000 per year
An new opportunity has become available with a multidisciplinary Environmental consultancy who are seeking an experienced and ambitous Geo-Environmental Engineer to join their regional office near Huddersfield.
With three offices based throughout the UK, this dynamic and growing consultancy will need to join their team in the North West to work on a number of projects across varying sectors, supporting and reporting to an experienced Principal.
This role will offer you the opportunity to work on projects from start to finish, across varying sectors, encompassing both Geotechnical and Geo-Environmental discpilines.
An overview of the role is as follows:
Phase 1 & 2 Investigation and Reports
Factual and Interpretative report writing
Technical advice and support regarding Site Investigation
Quantitative risk assessments and verification reports
Site Investigation, including trial pitting, soakaway testing, borehole investigations.To be successful in your application you must demonstrate:
A strong BSc/MSc in a relevant subject eg Engineering Geology/Environmental Engineering
Working towards chartership with a relevant professional body.
